Neue Lösungen zu schaffen, die einen positiven Unterschied machen – das war immer meine Motivation.
Als Gründerin habe ich erlebt, wie viel durch Leidenschaft und Mut möglich ist. Mit meinem Impact-Startup BRüSLi habe ich Lebensmittel gerettet und gesehen, wie aus einer Idee eine Bewegung werden kann.
In über zehn Jahren im Start-up-Umfeld habe ich gelernt, wie entscheidend klare Strukturen, Vertrauen und eine Kultur sind, in der Menschen mit Freude und Motivation beitragen.
Oft war es meine Rolle, Probleme zu lösen, Orientierung zu geben und Strukturen zu schaffen, in denen Teams wachsen können – mit Klarheit, Motivation und Begeisterung.
